When we contact you, my team will guide you on how to smoothly transition the lead to us with a "warm handoff." We’ll walk you through everything you need to know over the phone beforehand.

Rest assured, we will NEVER contact the seller directly without discussing it with you first.

How Much Will You Be Paid?

From the closing proceeds, we first deduct any applicable expenses, including photos, lead manager (if applicable), acquisitions, dispositions commissions, transaction coordination, etc. Once the team is paid the remaining amount is then split 50/50.
